This trail is not for beginners, or even intermediate riders. It is extreme, and is appropriate for the top riders on the North Shore. Construction is complete now, and it's popular with jumpers. "Air Supply" has plenty of air.
A series of Gap jumps, a swivel teeter totter, some narrow and high ladders, and some rock (near the old car that has given up some of it's parts for the trail).
To find it, ride up the old skidder road which all riders use. If you know where Upper Oil Can exits, it's just about there. And by the way, Upper Oil Can is a great warm up trail.

Directions from Vancouver:
To get to the parking area, take any of the bridges (2nd narrows or Lions) to North Vancouver, get on the Upper levels highway (99) and, get to Lynn Road, exit, and drive North to Mountain Highway. There is a starbucks at that intersection, to the right, where many riders meet. In any case, turn left onto Mountain highway and drive as close to the top as you can, without violating the parking restrictions. The area is so popular with riders, local residents feel a little overwhelmed by the mountain biking crowd, so, although it adds very little to your ride, try to park a little lower, in the designated areas, and avoid creating unnecessary traffic at the top.
