Located in the Coquihalla Canyon Provincial Park, this trail passes through a cool, quiet, wooded area leading to the Othello Quintette Tunnels. A popular Hope attraction, the tunnels were built between 1911 and 1916 as part of the Kettle Valley Railway. The tunnels provided the backdrop for the movie, Rambo: First Blood.
This trail is flat and wide, making it ideal for biking. There are few obstacles or challenges and lots of great views and mountain terrain on either side.
Directions:

Question
KVR and a hybrid mnt/road bike?Hey all!
I've got a Rocky Mountain Whistler hybrid - front suspension, seat suspension, mountain bike frame .. but with 700 x 32 wheels. I intend to put heavier duty treads on the bike, and of course extra tubes, patches and tools, but I would like to bicycle as much of the KVR as possible (starting in Hope) for my trip back home to Ontario.
I'm looking for any advice as to what parts of the KVR are rideable with such a bike, and more importantly, which I should definitely avoid!
Thanks everyone!

Upside
The tunnels are a great spot to get engaged!
Downside
There is some potential for dropping a valuable ring through a bridge deck (didn't happen).
