Well, we do have one user called "urbantrekker" (*see www.trailpeak.com/members/urbantrekker) who has documented some wonderful not so tough trails around lakes, in parks, and so on -- perfect for someone not looking for hardcore. He's travelled all over BC -- so all you have to do is visit his profile, and click his "my trails" list and look at the trails he's added. You can also leave a note in his blog, maybe he'll get back to you.
