Is this a mountain biking trail or is it better for hiking ?

Sorry, late.

Just from reading the description, looks like the first 5km are nicely bikeable but after that it'll be a hike-a-bike up and you'd better be pushing up a heavy, downhill rig as it sounds like it'll be a gnarly ride down
