Given that it's been re-done (this section), and that it's a rail grade to begin with, the odds are good if the wheelchair is adapted with "hybrid" or wider tires. Since travelling on gravel / dirt with potential soft spots would be tricky on a road bike -- the same would apply here. Also, there is a group in Vancouver that has an invention called the "trailrider" it was invented by councillor Sam Sullivan (who later become Vancouver's Mayor). The organization is (was) called BCMOS. |
