| This is a great area to go cross country skiing on 12 kms of groomed trails or just head out into the bush on skis or snow shoes. Road is plowed to 3300ft level there is a warm up hut with a woodstove in it. Well it is a metal building with a woodstove. Many great trails and views, skiing at night is great too. Temps can go down to -20;c at night some years there as been 7 ft of fresh powder in just a few days. Snow is normally good Dec to april or even may. |
