Dempsey Trail is on Mt. Fromme on Vancouver's North Shore. It can be accessed off the Baden Powell Trail, west of the top of Mountain Hwy, but is usually riden as a way out from rides higher on the mountain, such as Lower Oil Can, Expresso or Pipeline.
Dempsey Trail a great for beginner riders, offering slightly technical cross country, and is a whole lot of fun done at high speed or at night. There are no serious ramps, drops or stunts on this trail, being one of the few trails suitable for all skill levels. It's also great for anyone looking for a fast cruiser to get back to the car.
There are a number of variant exits, but they all drop you out on Braemar Rd East, after which you go left a short way and take a right onto Dempsey Rd to get back to Mountain Hwy.
