A 4km Look walk in the forest with one significant up hill section. Going clockwise return is along a valley trail through meadows.

Trail is described in "Short Walks for Inquiring Minds" by Gillaen Daffern

Directions:

Start a station Flats Parking on Elbow Falls Trail (Hwy 66)

Trail head is posted "Elbow Valley Trail" A short distance from trailhead is a junction and signpost indicating directions.

By ek4086Posted By: ek4086  - Tue Mar 28 18:37:07 UTC 2017 Not Rated Upside Easy hike and short loop, Close to Calgary (1 hour drive), good for families and beginners, there is a long hill if you go clockwise. Downside There isn't any awesome view! just trees.

Lots of families with kids and dogs. Unfortunately, there isn't much to see.

Downside There is one LONG hill Comment This is a good loop trail in the Elbow Valley that provides the hiker with a nice afternoon out. It however is not as nice as the Fullerton Loop that is located nearby.

If anyone knows any good sites please please let me know.
