To find Groovula start by going down Pink Starfish (look up directions to Starfish). When you get to the old shack you can either hang a right for the shorter easier route or continue down the steep rock face. When you get to the Baden Powell hang a right. Follow the Baden Powell for less than a kilometre and Groovula is off to your left. It is a bit hard to see but the entrance consists of a 5' huck off a rock.

This is a trail that is full of hucks and gap jumps. You get started right into it with 3 hucks in a row. About midway down you will find a gap jump over a creek followed immediately by a birmed corner.

If you love hucks you will love this trail.

Directions from Vancouver:

To get to the parking area, take any of the bridges (2nd narrows or Lions) to North Vancouver, get on the Upper levels highway (99) and, get to Lynn Road, exit, and drive North to Mountain Highway. There is a starbucks at that intersection, to the right, where many riders meet. In any case, turn left onto Mountain highway and drive as close to the top as you can, without violating the partking restrictions. The area is so popular with riders, local residents feel a little overwhelemed by the mountain biking crowd, so, although it adds very little to your ride, try to park a little lower, in the designated areas, and avoid creating uncessary traffic at the top.

Sorry directions weren't available. Please check the bottom of the description.
