This is a really nice overview map of Mt. Fromme. Great lower trails; you've got Oilcan (a continuation of Upper Oilcan), Pipeline, and "Ladies" as classics, then Air Supply and Starfish for big air trails. Lots of lower trails as well.

Downside?
CommentThe #210 bus (which has bike racks) takes you from downtown Vancouver almost all the way to the top of Mountain Highway, making parking a non-issue.
