The Goat is an off-camber clay pack trail that winds along the west rim of the Don Valley in downtown Toronto. The hills are short but quite steep with numerous tight twists. It is part of a collection of technical MTB trails that allow for several hours of riding for advanced and experienced bikers.
There are numerous bridges, ladders and teeter-totters to be found.
Directions:
The trails generally run from south to north, although you will often encounter newer riders coming at you full bore in the opposite direction that are not aware of this. The trail starts from a small gravel parking lot at the junction of Pottery Road and Bayview Avenue by the level crossing.
