This is the paved path that leads from Pegasus Rd. NE to the airport terminal.

This path is useful if you wish to ride or walk to the Calgary Airport.

It can be reached from the Whitehorn LRT station by travelling west on 32nd ave NE to intersect with path that goes beside Mcknight and crosses Mcknight Blvd at Barlow. Another path leads to 48th ave where there is crossing to the start of the airport path on Pegasus RD.

Trail is flat and often used by roller bladers too.

Directions:

Start from the end of Pegasus RD NE, which is accessed via McCall Way NE. There is a Tim Hortons near where you want to turn off McKnight.

From Whitehorn LRT, follow 32nd Ave NE, heading west to intersect a trail that loops via Princess Auto and parallels Mcknight, cross Mcknight at Barlow, go north to 48th Ave, cross Barlow trail to arrive at Pegasus trail head.

Also good for a run or a walk. Some paths are bike only or run/walk only. Downside Lots of rude people who don't care about respecting others. Quite crowded. Comment I went on this trail with my wife and son. We both have helmets, bells, lights, etc. I found very few people signal to others when they're passing, and then I had a runner who specifically sprinted to make it hard for me and my wife to carefully and maturely pass him. Wow. Some of the rudest people in Calgary use this trail.
