Nice fire road uphill for 10.8km then nice singletrack down. 1500 ft elevation gain.

Directions:

Head to maple ridge, Dewdney trunk Rd, turn north on 232 and then follow the directions to Golden ears park. Turn left at the fire hazard rating sign swhere the maintenance office is, take the left fork to mike lake and park at mike lake. There you will see a yellow gate, hop the gate and start there and follow the road up for 10.8 km, there are km markers each .5 km. Drop into the singletrack at 10.8km
