Description

This center is made up of many trails that all surround Beaver Lake. This lake is an Onondaga County Park and there is a $2 per vehicle fee to be paid before leaving the park. The trails range from being short .3 miles (Lake View Trail) to 3 miles long (Lake Loop). The trails are all relatively flat with a few rolling hills. The terrain is mostly maintained mulch, one with gravel (handicap accessible), and many feature lengths of boardwalk. There is a nature/learning center with many interactive exhibits.

Directions:

From Baldwinsville get on route 31 west heading towards Meridian and Cato. There will be one or two signs pointing you in the correct direction. Look of East Mud Lake Road on your right. Turn onto it and head straight for about half a mile. The nature center entrance is on the left.
