Moderatly hilly area with hiking and biking options over rocky terrain. White trail is challenging with many rock gardens and look out for hikers as this trail is popular. Red and blue trails offer something a little steeper and steadier. The trails seem a bit more hiker friendly but offer a good technical, challenging ride.
Bigelow Hollow is also a great place for a paddle. Don't be fooled by the small pond when you first enter the park, keep on going to get to the main lake area.

Take 84 east to route 190, right on 171 - follow 1.3 miles and take a left into the state park...
