A fun trail that gives lots of Pow, climbing, sun and views of the lakes & valley.

Start by walking up the Elk Pass Powerline trail then branch off to the right (SouthWest)

As of late 2008 Blueberry Hill is now a signed SnowShoe trail with the little orange signs.

Directions:

Park in the Elk Pass lot at Peter Lougheed Provincial Park. PLPP is 50km South on Hiway #40 from Hiway #1 (TC). Drive into the park about 12 km to the well-signed Elk Pass lot.

The views are spectacular and the run down is lots of fun.

Downside There is a short section on the trail that is near vertical and, if you want to eat at the top, the Whiskey Jacks are ALWAYS there.

Comment An excellent ski traip that holds its snow late into the season owing to the higher elevation. The trip down is pure heaven. It is approximatley an hour up and 20 mins down.
