Bluff Head is the name of a steep taprock ridge that makes up the eastern slope of Totoket Mountain. This is an especially nice loop ridge walk along basaltic cliffs with many wildflowers and great views.

Directions:

From Guilford, take Route 77 north and pass under I-95 at Exit 58. Proceed north on Route 77 for 9.0 miles to the parking area on the left.
