I parked at the North Entrance and started by taking the Backpacker Trail. I then took Pine Tree Trail and Bear Claw trail. I had a hard time finding my way back to the North Entrance because at times three trails would merge and they would all be called the same trail! So I did get a little lost. Regardless, it was very enjoyable, peaceful, and exciting especially after seeing an owl and a old stone chimney in the woods.
Directions:
Take Rt. 20 to Farm Road. If traveling eastbound on Rt. 20 in Marlboro Farm Road will be on right. If traveling westbound on Rt. 20 in Marlboro Farm road will be on your left. After passing the Marlboro Airport take a right onto Broadmeadow. Stay straight on Broadmeadow (don't take the bend onto Parameter). The road will turn into a dirt road and the parking lot for the North Entrance will b on your left.
