Great for trail running and mountain biking. 4 miles of the main loop, maybe a few more if you take the side trails. It's rocky, rooty and fairly technical. Some great spots with balance boards, most of them not too skinny. A couple killer water crossings complete with bridges as well. The couple hills are steep, but there aren't many of them. A great place to get lost.
Directions:
Get to Fehr Ave. in Schenectady. Once there, look for 2 parking lots: one is the big one near the baseball fields (just ride across the road to the big gate near the small "lot" if you park here), and the other one is the small "lot" right in front of the gate leading to the trails. Then just get lost!
