Forearm Frenzy (5.11-) is a zig-zagging crack system that is located on a an overhanging section of rock in Chatfield Hollow State Park. It is a favorite climb for many locals and generally accepts good traditional gear. Also, if you are in the area and need a greater challenge, try Wallow in the Hollow (5.12) on the nearby rocks.
Directions:
Chatfield Hollow State Park is located on Route 80 in Killingworth, CT and is easily reached via Route 9 and I-95. Once in the park, Walk a little ways west on Route 80 (aprox. 0.4 miles) until you reach a guardrail on the right, from there take the trail and its first right to the base of the crag.
