The trail is actually a summer road that takes you to the trailhead of the REAL Hurricane Hill trail. It is located at Hurricane ridge, just outside of Port Angeles, WA. The difficulty varies so much that it's hard to rate. It is a pretty simple in-n-out trail that has lots of routes to vary your difficulty.
Directions:
From the ranger station in Port Angeles, follow the signs up to the Olympic National Park boundary. Simply follow that road up to Hurricane ridge, where downhill skiing, sledding, cross-country skiing, and snow shoeing awaits!
