A dirt road takes you down along the west coast to the most northern point. Along the way you can often see helicopers above giving tours, mountain bikers, hikers, beautiful open ocean, sun sets and sometimes dolphins. The ground is rocky and very uneven. Make sure to bring plenty of liquids and MAKE SURE you lock your car or truck and take any belongings with you, the area is high theft. There are many points along the way to stop for a snack and picture taking.
Directions:
Follow Farmerville Highway all the way North along the west coast. You will see signs for Kaena State Parking. There is a dirt parking lot with a dirt road that will start you on your adventure.
