Kager Lake is a beautiful trout habitat lake just north of Burns Lake on Boer Mt Road. The Kager Lake trail starts at the large Kager Lake Parking lot and follows the shorline of the lake for approximately 4.5kms. It is an easy trail throughout and offers fantastic views of Kager Lakes gorgeous natural habitat. In wet sections raised wood platform has been constructed to keep the trail easy to use for all 3 biking seasons.
Directions:
From Burns Lake travel north on 8th ave to the top of the hill, 8th makes a hard left and meets with 9th ave. Turn right on 9th ave, then take the very next left on Gowan Rd. Turn Left on Boer Mt Rd and follow until you reach the large Kager Lake parking lot. Don't forget to stop at the Burns Lake Mountain Bike Park parking lot and check out the trail map and what other trails Burns Lake has to offer.
