It's a short portage but definitely worth it. Once your on Lac Vert, you can explore many different lakes by short portages. The pictures speak for themselves.

From Macdonald Cartier bridge to portage parking is 101 km. Take Hwy 5 to the end, turn right to Hwy 105. Turn left to Kazabazua for 33 minutes, or 38.1 km then turn right to Mont Ste-Marie. From here follow downloaded track.
