This is a rails-to-trails path. It's been in use for hiking, equestrian purposes, jogging, cross-country skiing and biking since 1995. It connects the Genesee Valley Greenway Trail (in the West) to Victor's Auburn Trail (in the east) and also links up with the Erie Canal Trail. There are several points of interest on the trail such as Genesee Valley Park, Rush Hamlet, Rochester Junction, Quaker Meeting House road and Mendon Hamlet.

Directions:

The traill starts in Genesee Valley Park. In order to get there, take the 390 exit, to Scottsville rd. Head north on Scottsville rd, and bear right onto Elmwood ave. Turn into the Genesse Valley Park parking lot on your right.
