Manchaug is interesting because it has a few islands to go around, and there's one very flat one you can land on (sometimes it's an island, sometimes it's just a very shallow spot)
Directions:
Rt 146 to exit 5 (South of Millbury) Take Whitins Road west about 1.6 miles to Manchaug Village - go straight. When the road forks (several miles) stay left. At the end of the road take a right. The part entrance is about 500 feet on the left. Sometimes there is an entrance fee - probably summer weekends.
