Long isolated trail that is suitable to experienced backpackers. This trail has 4 designated campsites. This trail wanders through maple and birch forests. The first campsite is on Helenbar lake. The next day, you will cross Bear mountain and likely stop of enjoy the amazing view at this lookout point. The second campsite is on lower Brush lake. Upper brush lake is the location of the third campsite. It is important to note that this trail does have some steep walk and precipitous falls. It is slippery when wet.

Directions:

You must travel on Hwy 17 mid way between Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury. There is then a highway that travels north called Hwy 108. Head north through the city of Elliot Lake (about 30km on Hwy). After you go through the city, you have about another 20-30km. Turn right into Mississaugi provincial park. The trail is in the park.
