Description

NTS Map: 021H12

After an easy ( but uphill hike) meadow entry, you enter woods, and explore a unique winter cave formation. A small stream enters a gorge, and forms an icicle walled sheet of ice to create a cave.

Directions:

There are a few ways to find this site. I think this is the easiest. Start heading north of Norton NB.

Start from Norton, take 124 west toward Belleisle. Turn Left at Sherwood's Funeral Home, before the Midland Baptist Church. Keep going until you cross Hwy 855 and then the Guthrie road. Park about 400 m on the right hand side of the road after crossing the Guthrie road. The trail runs along a fence. It is a groomed trail
