Pretty x country, trail and logging road to the top then cut into the trail to get to an intersections with "momentum" sign, hang left and a pretty sweet ride back to the bottom, there is a reason they call it momentum
Directions:
East on Dewdney trunk through Maple Ridge til you get to the dam then about 3km further till you get to a little lake on your left. Trail head is across the street on the left
