A hike to the observation tower and wide views atop Goat Peak. This blue blazed trail begins on a short dead-end road off Smiths Ferry Rd.

Directions:
From the visitor center follow Smiths Ferry Rd. about 0.4 mi. northwest to the dead-end on the left. There is a parking area down the road; the trailhead is on the western bank of Cascade Brook.
