Go to the park trails south of 68 Ave, and there is a trail head to the west. It's a fun lap of about 7 km, which comes out near the ball diamonds, nearby. From there you can roll on the road back to 68 Ave and back to the park trails. OR, there are a few other single track loops in the area from this point. Explore them as they come back to the ball diamond area or 68 Ave.
