Drive to Parking Lot in North Crow Creek and follow path that leads East. Head up to where the old hut used to be (now torn down)...and look for saddle in Goat's Peak.

BUSHWACK to that saddle...travelling through Buffalo Grass and scree to the top. From there, look and admire the lakes below, with Mud Lake the farthest.

Switchback down mountain on scree...and head to meadow to the West. From meadow...go between two first lakes to far end of lakes, and wind/bushwack your way to 3rd and last lakes. Follow GPS route if you want!

Directions:

Drive to Highway 93 and head South to near, Ronan. You can do a traverse, by leaving one car near Mud Lake...and another at the starting point on North Crow Creek Parking lot.
