Plenty of great trails. Patapsco is frequented by runners, bikers, and adventure race teams so keep your eyes open. There are some nice steeper and narrow sections.

Directions:

A pretty good hike aswell. Very big park with lots of area to explore making it interesting every time to visit.

Downside Mountain bike trails although very good, do not flow really well so it is difficult to pedal through it making it not the best cross country type riding. Kind of confusing to find where to go and ride due to parks large size.
