It's a pretty hard trail you've got a lot of ups and downs..... it basically has such a harsh down hill in it you are most likely to wipe out but if you are ready for the time of your life experts, then just go on this trail!!!!
Directions:
Go to the "flats" on the truck route road and then go up to the blinking thing on the mountain, and then go down the hill there and then you should see the sign and a mattress then you go up in that direction and you should see the sign saying "rock and roll".... have fun! Sorry for the cryptic directions, but, we mountain bikers have to keep the trails known mostly to bikers.
