User footprint

Although it doesn't cross any mountains, this is a fairly rugged dirt trail that traverses the glacial hills as it crosses through Victor from High Street to Ganondagan. It provides high vistas and is steeped in history as it passes through Ambush Valley that dates back to the French & Indian war.

A map and details can be found in the guidebooks "Take A Hike - Family Walks in the Rochester Area" and "Take A Hike - Family Walks in New York's Finger Lakes Region" both available through EMS.

Directions:

Fishers Firehall on the north side of High Street in Victor, 0.25 mile south of Valentown Museum.
