This is an awesome bike park with trails, jumps and obstacles for all skill levels. The site is maintained by the Surrey Off-Road Cycling Enthusiasts Society: http://sorce.gotdns.com/main.html
Directions:
The South Surrey Mountain Bike Park is located in the forested area west of the South Surrey Athletic Park near Softball City. It lies between 20th and 24th Avenues and is west of 148th Street. You will see a tall concrete water tower and a metal cell phone tower. The park is in that general area. Plenty of paved parking is available near the site.

DownsideTrails are short. Lots of the wooden features on the left side of the park are in poor shape
CommentA great place to ride. Generally well kept

UpsideIt has lots of trails and has lots of fun stunts.
DownsideThe trails are very short and it the logs across the trails are really annoying and pointless.
CommentI like it because it is the only bike park that is not far away and it's a nice place to go to with friends.

Upside great dirt jump section and practice area
DownsideLots of skinnies packed in close together and lots of trees diliberatly placed across the trail to make trails harder. The logs are just a pain in the seat.
CommentI live close and is only bike park near. I would not come here on my own if it was more than a 15 min drive
