Stanley Park has lots of large wide gravel trails, but if you’re looking for some single track there are a few routes. There are a ton of single track foot trails through the wooded interior of the park, I’ve spent hours exploring them. The mass majority go nowhere, die out or are impassable by bike.
This route is probly the best trail in the park and riding it North to south is almost all downhill. The first section is flat but has a bunch of wood obstacles built up.

Directions:
From Prospect Point, take the “Bridal path” gravel trail, take a ride when you reach “Rawlings Trail”, then a left onto “Thompson Trail. About 100m down “Thompson” Trail you will see a trail going off to the right.

CommentI built half of this so i hope you enjoy... the initial log rolls etc were added due to logging up in Stanley Park.. if you don't go right initially where the first "run" ends.. head left and there is another trail about 50 metres to your right.

UpsideClose to where I live and actually pretty fun for a quick rip. There are 2 paths on the other side of the field opposite of the hollow tree. Take the one on the right. There are 3 trail systems on your right if you ride in that direction. The best one is hardest to find so look close
DownsidePretty short. See some weird things in the trails.
