This is a loop combining three trails: White Fish trail, Bow River trail and Elk Flats trail. Along the bow river shore, spectacular view of Mt Yamnaska is a big attraction. The loop also run across many campsites, playground and picnic area so is good for family. Kids love playground!
Directions:
Leave Canmore heading east 27 km on highway #1. Or leave Calgary heading west on highway #1, 5 kilometers after the highway #40 intersection. At exit #114 head north to Seebe/Exshaw. At this point you will be on highway 1X. The Bow valley provincial park entrance is to the west of the highway. The trail head is located at the Many Springs Parking Lot which is located about 2 km west following the paved road that goes through the park.
