great for all ages. you can canoe, kayak, swim and fish. Lots of wild life to see.
Directions:
from st john take hwy 1 until you pass quispamisis then take the exit to the old hwy (100) There are two spot you can go first is nauwigewauk exit drive until you see the old coved brige.you can see the river from there. the second spot is in hampton drive until you see the green brige (do not drive over the bridge) just befor the bridge there is a parking lot. You can launch there.

UpsideThe trip from the white bridge in sussex to hampton, with a stop overnight for camping, is one of my favorite putting routes. Best in the spring.
