For urban retreats, this short circuit of trails is great for training laps for trail running, or a bit of mountain biking in warmer clims. In winter, it serves as a great spot for some snowshoeing, or xc skiing, when there's no time to leave town.
There is some evidence of cool trail building with the construction of berms and other log obsticles.
Directions:
It can be found in a stand of trees just off Skyview park, on the corner of skyview and Atlantic Road. It has several trailheads accessable from surrounding roads.
