Regarding trail Crown Mtn - Lynn Headwaters Regional Park near Vancouver, BC

http://www.trailpeak.com/trail-Crown-Mtn-Lynn-Headwaters-Regional-Park-near-Vancouver-BC-269

I'm wondering how much snow is still up on the Crown pass and the boulder pass up from Hanes Vally. If anyone has recently been on this loop I'm also curious about the runoff volume at the lynn creek crossing. Chears!

I wouldn't recommend this yet. The trail past Norvan Falls is still closed due to hazardous snow conditions. Here's the official posting:

June 6 2008
All backcountry routes are still closed above Norvan Falls in Lynn Valley and North of Dam Mountain and Thunderbird Ridge in the Grouse Alpine area due to hazardous snow conditions.

You can find current trail condition information for the Lynn Headwaters Regional Park here:

or by calling the Lynn Headwaters Trail Information line on 604-985-1690

We just hiked up to Goat Mountain two nights ago (from Grouse) and the trails are really starting to clear up. While we didn't actually head down into the valley, we got a good look at it and it looks good. We will be hiking from Grouse to Crown tonight/tomorrow so I will let everyone know how it looks once we get back.
