Is it possible for a dog who is accustom to hiking to make this trip? or are there ladder and rope ascents? He is more than capable of climbing steep rock sections

I've taken my dog. There may be some bum-pushing up a few sections, but nothing is steep enough to be dangerous, and the steeps aren't long enough to cause any traverse issues.
Enjoy!

I would really recommend doing the second or third peak with a dog instead of the first though. There is one ladder that would be very hard for a dog.

I have a young and very fit border collie and we only do 3rd Peak and sometimes on to 2nd, in that order. Be careful going from 3rd to 2nd; the lookout over the gorge between the two is spectacular but it's a long drop down if your dog goes prancing too close to the edge. I always call her away from it and don't linger there.
I also head out early; starting by 9am at the latest recommended.
