Hi

My friend and I are coming from the UK in September and I‘m just wondering if anyone has done the Ha Ling hike and what the conditions are like in early September?

Thanks

< BR>Normally Ha Ling is fine in September. However, this is the mountains, so snow is a possibility. Probably not a show stopper because there won't likely be an accumulation (even if there is any). Make sure you bring hat, gloves and windproof jacket because it can get windy and cold up top. This is a frequently travelled route, so if anything goes wrong there will be lots of other hikers to help with directions or anything else. The trail is extremely well travelled, so easy to follow.

< BR>Early September should be fine! Always busy on weekends and could get snow any time...

However, every time I've done it there are people who run it in only a pair of shorts and running shoes.
