Regarding trail Kettle Valley Railway - Naramata near Penticton, BC

hi, my husband and I ride recumbent trikes. is this trail wide enough and suitable? as we don't have a lot of weight on our back wheels it needs to be a fairly well packed surface. we are looking at coming in early September to ride. would there be anything that we should be aware of for then?
