Regarding trail Hidden valley near Kentville, NS

http://www.trailpeak.com/trail-Hidden-valley-near-Kentville-NS-7008

Hi,
Re: hidden valley. Is it across from the New Minas water tower? I tried to find it - no luck. At the beginning of the trail it vears off to the right and then there is a choice of right or left. I am guessing I should have keep going straight for awhile and then turned right. I think better in minutes rather then metres!
Any help greatly appreciated!
Re: Sunken Falls - I found the bridge - but that was it. With a lot of trees down it was extremely hard to get anywhere. I wonder if you can go to the left rather than right from the bridge and get anywhere? ( besides lost!)
Sarah

Hidden valley;

Across the water tower, head in a straight manner
Into the wood for 6 to 8 minutes then follow the small
brook to the right of the trsil as it flows into the valley

Sunken lake; you need to bushwack to get to those
But they are worth it. Looking downstream there is an old trail to the right
of the stream but I only found it once I was at the fall

Cheers
