Although this is not much of a hike since the waterfall can be seen from the road it is an area that is loaded with large boulders and the large fall make it a worthwhile destination. some of the boulders in the forest and along the river are of such a size it makes me wonder if there are some bouldering activities occurring in the area. The waterfall is approximately 15ft and is kind of unique has waterfalls are rare in this area due to the bedrock geology.
In Bear river, take the River Rd, pass the NS power generating station and approximately 1.9km after the split between river Rd and Reservation Rd (keep right on the river Rd). The falls and boulders will be on your right.
