A prominent peak just outside of Lumby off excellent views of surrounding areas. The top of the first hump has a green tower and a good view of Creighton Valley. The second hump, and the end of the trail, offers excellent views up Coldstream Valley to the west as far as Kalamalka Lake and you can see part of Mabel Lake to the Northeast. The hike itself is through dry, open forest. It climbs to the top of the first hump, then drops and climbs again for the second.
From the 4 way stop in centre of Lumby, travel 1.7 km east on Hwy 6. Turn right onto Creighton Valley Rd. Follow Creighton for about 16 km and you will come to a pair of forest service roads, one on each side. To the left is Cleir Lake FSR, turn onto it. At 1.9 km on Cleir, take the left around the pond. At 3.6 km stay left. At 7.2 there is a logging clearing, park here. The traihead is about 100m up the skid road from the landing. A high clearance vehicle is recommended.
