This is a gruelling hike from Grizzly Lake, heading up a scree slope and down into the valley beyond. Once over the saddle, the trail descends down into a valley and the remaining kilometres to Divide Lake are gentle (although you'll have to traverse several rock piles along the way.
Just before reaching Grizzly Lake, the trail will fork and will be marked by a blue cairn. Take the right fork and head up into the scree slope.
