For a casual walk or bike ride, the Bow River Loop Trail in Lake Louise in Banff National Park is a delightful interpretive trail accessible from the campground, the village of Lake Louise or the railway station. The trail follows and crosses the Bow River and offers interpretive signage on the natural flora and fauna of the area. Contact the Banff Information Centre at (403) 762-1550 for full details on this trail.

Directions:

Banff National Park: Lake Louise: From the Sampson Mall in Lake Louise take Lake Louise Drive south to the intersection. To get to the train station turn right, the campground, turn left. You should be able to see the Bow River bridge from the intersection.
