Adventure awaits you on the west side of Bon Echo, where the three interconnecting loops of the Abes and Essens Trail offers choices for the energetic to the very ambitious hiker. The first loop is 4 km (2.5 miles), the second loop is 9 km (5.6 miles) and all three loops total 17 km (10.6 miles) and take a minimum of 5 hours to complete

Directions:

Take Hyw 7 to Kaladar, turn North on Hyw 41 and drive for 30.3 km

I was wrong about the hills, they aren't huge but they are there. Had lots of fun.

Downside Very flat, no hills to speak of Comment Have been there once and am going back for Thanks Giving weekend.
